The University's brand, established for nearly 175 years, needs to constantly evolve to align with present-day values across various engagement channels, fulfilling its manta "Meliora" (Ever Better).
Across the University's brand, award-winning campaigns aimed at students, donors, patients, and alumni reimagined the brand to increase participation. Campaign success also drove the creation of an in-house video production team while optimizing the workflow process for the entire creative team.
Open rates for digital campaigns were 35% over the industry average, while team development decreased budget spend by 86%.
